Privacy Policy
Concargo, (CMS) Concargo Management Service (Pty) Ltd takes care to respect the privacy of its online visitors. Information that can identify an online visitor is collected only when voluntarily offered by the visitor. Our Website does collect non-personal information from online visitors in order to track the number of visitors to the site and identify Internet information. This information allows us to continually improve our site. Information that can identify a visitor, such as name or address, is not collected in the process, nor does Concargo require disclosure of such information before allowing the user access to any portion of the site.

What personal data do we collect?
You may look through the Website without giving us any personal data about yourself.
If you sign up to receive our news alerts, we ask you to provide your email address.
If you wish to submit an application via the Website to join Concargo or one of its group companies, we ask you to complete an online Application Form and to submit a CV and/or other relevant information.
If you are not appointed to the role for which you apply, we will keep your completed Application Form, CV and other information on file for a reasonable period in order to contact you with alternative employment opportunities, unless you do not want us to do so. We provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the retention of your personal data for such purposes at the time of submission of your Application Form.
You may also provide us with personal data if you use the Contact Us form, which is provided on our Website to help us manage requests, or if you communicate with us in some other way.
Please note that you will be asked to provide documentation of your eligibility to work in South Africa if you are invited to attend the next stage of the recruitment process with us.
If you give us information about another person, you confirm that they have appointed you to act for them, to consent to the processing of their personal data including sensitive personal data and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes as set out in this privacy statement for which their personal data will be processed. Where you provide information about referees, you should ensure that they have given their permission.
How do we use personal data?
