Concargo in many respects is truly reflected by the big bold writing that adorns the warehouse buildings in Cape Town and Johannesburg. A beacon in the night, reflecting towards the busy N2 at night. One could parallel it with the reflection of Concargo on the busy transportation highway that we find ourselves part of in the new century, and in this important year 2010 where South Africa proudly hosted the FIFA World Cup.
Concargo’s green environmental policy is reflected in the green of our logo, portraying an integral part of the Concargo awareness in Global climate change. The logo has been illuminated with energy saving fluorescents, in compliance with Concargo’s green environmental policy. The Lumilux tubes which have been used are 10 000 times more energy efficient than the standard fluorescent tube.
The blue & green of the Concargo logo have been repeated in the lighting up of the offices themselves. An effect created by the blinds reflecting the illumination lighting in the offices, and reflecting against the cladding of the wall in the reception area in Concargo’s Head Office at Airport City Cape Town South Africa.
The overall effect is that the entire building façade which represents Concargo, can be seen from near and afar as well as from the sky.
