NATHI CHONCO APPOINTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nathi Chonco – Nathi was appointed as a Director of Concargo Distribution in November 2012. He is also Director of Concargo Global Logistics, Vunani Fund Managers and Non-Executive Director of Total Client Services; Chairman of their Social and Ethics Committee. He also served as Group Executive : Group Empowerment & Development and was a member of the Group Executive Committee at Metropolitan. Nathi led the team that formulated the empowerment strategy and initiative which resulted in Metropolitan partnering with Kagiso Trust Investments as the BEE partner. Under his leadership, Metropolitan Group was recognised as a leading black empowered financial services group by the Black Management Forum (BMF), Financial Mail and Business Map.
